(“PTS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
Parker Therapeutic Services, Inc. is a licensed therapeutic foster care agency located at 940 Madison Avenue, Suite 203, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.


2. Description of Services
The Site provides information about PTS and its therapeutic foster care programs, training services, and community-based treatment programs for children and adolescents in the State of Maryland. The Site allows visitors to:

PTS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. PTS does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PARKER THERAPEUTIC SERVICES, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parker Therapeutic Services, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Baltimore City, Maryland, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.

PTS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. 13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.


14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parker Therapeutic Services, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
