On August 7th we celebrate Purple Heart Day in honor of the men and women who were wounded or killed while serving our country. These brave individuals are decorated with a Purple Heart, in the name of the President, for their sacrifice. Join us as we honor and salute those who have been awarded this cherished medal.
Can you hear the school bells ringing? We sure can! This month as we prepare our children for the coming school year, let's be sure to keep them excited and inspired during these unprecedented times. In the words of Malala Yousafzai, "Let us remember; one book, one pen, one child and one teacher can change the world."
National Lazy Day is celebrated on August 10th. Often times we ask for a day of rest and still find ourselves staying busy. If you have the luxury of chilling out and kicking your feet up, enjoy this Lazy Day!

Documentation and Direct Deposit
Foster Parents, be sure to check your email for instructions on setting up direct deposit. The new deadline to submit documentation is the 20th of each month.
